About Us

Thoughtful layers for everyday life.

DESTINY SHYANN LLC operates destinyshyann.com, an online store focused on women’s clothing for cool-weather dressing. Our collection brings together coats, knitwear and layering pieces for everyday routines, workdays and relaxed occasions. We want shopping for seasonal clothing to feel considered and straightforward, with clear information and a way to reach us before and after your purchase.

Our approach to dressing

A useful wardrobe is built around pieces that work with what you already own. Our approach centers on versatile silhouettes, wearable colors and options for different ways of layering. A coat can finish a work outfit; a knit top can be worn with trousers or a skirt; a base layer can sit underneath everyday clothing. Rather than promise that one item suits every person or every temperature, we encourage customers to consider the specific garment, their usual activities and their preferred fit.

Explore the collection

• Coats and outerwear: Seasonal silhouettes for combining with the layers you plan to wear underneath.
• Knitwear: Tops and sweaters in a range of necklines, sleeve styles and fits.
• Layering essentials: Clothing intended to help you build an outfit around your needs and preferences.

Our available assortment may change. The product listing and available purchase options identify what is offered at the time you shop. Product images show the item’s appearance, but lighting and screen settings can affect the way colors look.

Helping you choose your size

Comfort starts with fit. Our product pages include sizing terminology and guidance on measuring your bust, waist and hips. Letter sizes such as S, M and L can differ between garments and brands; they do not provide a universal set of measurements. When choosing outerwear, consider room for the clothing you will wear underneath.

If you need a specific measurement, fabric composition detail or clarification about an item, email support@destinyshyann.com with the product name and your question before ordering. Please do not assume that a general size guide establishes the dimensions of an individual garment.

Clear information before you order

We aim to present product details, prices and purchase conditions in a way that supports an informed decision. Review the description and selected options for each item, then check the final order total and any applicable charges at checkout. Our Shipping Terms explain order processing and estimated transit times, and our Returns & Refunds Policy explains eligibility, return steps and refund handling.

Support after your purchase

Our customer service contact is available for questions about order status, shipping, sizing, returns and product issues. Include your order number when you contact us about a purchase so that we can identify the order. If an item arrives damaged, incorrect or materially different from its description, let us know and include photographs where practical so that we can assess the issue and explain the next steps.

We aim to respond within 1–2 business days. Service hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Eastern Time, excluding holidays. Requests received outside these hours are handled on the next business days. We do not need your full card number, password or payment security code to assist with an order.
